We are very sorry to announce the departure at the end of August of
Kate Scales our Development Manager.

Kate will be greatly missed by staff, trustees, partners and our member organisations for the support and advice she has given during her time with us.

She is going to continue working in the voluntary sector in West Sussex and will be working for Aspire Sussex as their Director of Commercial and Community Partnerships

We would like to take this opportunity to wish her every success in her future career. 


Development Team Manager
30/37 hours per week
NJC Scale 32/33/34 depending on experience
£28,485 – £30,153 full time

We are looking for a VAAC Development Team Manager to lead the Development team in its work to strengthen the ability of voluntary and community organisations (VCO’s) to develop, resource and provide services to the community by providing support on funding and organisational development issues.

Applicants must have a broad range of experience in the voluntary sector and a good level of understanding of legislation affecting charities, companies and social enterprises operating within the UK.

Closing date: 4th September 2017
