Terms & Conditions for VAAC Event Bookings

Our networking meetings are free to our member and partner organisations. £20 a session for non members.

Please could we remind everyone to book in advance for each VAAC event/meeting. This helps us to book a suitable venue for the numbers attending, we have sufficient resources e.g. handouts etc. available on the day and also enables us to notify you of any important changes (date/time/venue) in advance.

We keep a reserve list once the maximum number is reached and accommodate people from this list if places become available.

Attendees must book their place at these events using the requested system (usually via Eventbrite on the VAAC website) Due to pressure on places we request that if you are unable to attend you at least  de-register using the same system or send apologies, this will allow others to take their place.

In future if you register but fail to attend we will record this and ask for a refundable deposit for any future bookings.
