West Sussex Connect to Support is the one stop shop for adults’ care and support in West Sussex and now receives nearly 2,500 visits every month. The website has been co-designed with customers and carers and is constantly evolving to meet the needs of residents and care professionals alike.
The idea at the heart of West Sussex Connect to Support is choice; and people are telling us they want to know more about local community activities. There are currently over 200 local community groups registered on the website, offering everything from leisure activities, to transport and home support and wellbeing services. We want our residents to be able to choose from as wide array of local services and activities as possible.
Residents always want to know more about what’s on in their area, so make sure your local community group is promoted with a free listing on the website. There is no cost to setting up a listing and it can take as little as five minutes. There is also a dedicated help desk you can call on 0333 600 6330 to get you online with minimal fuss.
New registrations to the “Local activities” area of the website from Monday 22nd February 2016 to Friday 29th April 2016 will be entered into a free draw to win an iPad.
