About the Training Network
Arun and Chichester Citizens Advice bureau offer a wide range of training courses in the form of the TRAINING NETWORK. This is to support front-line workers to improve their knowledge in providing advice about the following areas:
- WELFARE BENEFITS
- DEBT STRATEGIES
- FINANCIAL CAPABILITY
- HOUSING – We are working in partnership with Shelter to deliver courses on Housing.

Bespoke / Tailor-made Training
In addition to the many standard courses CAB can also create bespoke/tailor-made training. Mix and match the “off the shelf” courses to create a programme that suits your organisational needs. If you wish to discuss your specific training needs, please contact them.
This is a cost-effective option for training groups of staff as CAB offer one free place for every five attendees.
Information Technology (IT) courses
CAB are also working in partnership with Cyber Squirrel CIC to deliver training in Information Technology (IT). These courses are open to anyone who wishes to become more familiar with using a computer or would like to improve knowledge in using Microsoft 2010 programmes including:
- Microsoft Windows – The Basic
- Online Security
- Microsoft Word
- Microsoft Excel
- Microsoft Publisher
- Microsoft Powerpoint
- Organising and editing photographs
