Book here for a free one day training course focusing on Evaluating your project and communicating it to commissioners. Delivered by the Office for Public Management (OPM) http://www.opm.co.uk/ and Locality www.locality.org.uk the workshop will be lively and participatory giving you some practical tools and techniques to take-away, along with ideas to share with colleagues.
The workshop is designed to help you think about evaluating the impact of your project once it is underway. Planning evaluation at an early stage makes it more likely that you will collect the most useful evidence about your project and can therefore be hugely important both in helping to keep existing partners involved and winning the support of others in the future.
The workshop will explore:
- The principles that underpin good evaluation, plus different types of evaluation and when to use them;
- How to use your logic models at the basis for ongoing evaluation;
- How to develop an evaluation plan to share with your partners;
- How to capture and report your evidence in ways that speak to commissioners and those who are potential supporters and funders.
The workshop details are as follows:
Wednesday 27th January 2016
Roussillon Park Community Hall
Royal Sussex House
Donegall Avenue, Roussillon Park
