Charges for VAAC Briefings and Training – read here
In running training courses VAAC try to keep the costs to a minimum. Any charges made are based on the amount needed to cover the trainer and venue hire, (based on the number of places available) and we often run a waiting list of people who want to attend the training if a place becomes available. In order to help with this we will be introducing the following terms & conditions in relation to our training from the 1st April 2016
Places on VAAC training courses will only be confirmed once we have received payment for the place (allocated on a first come first served basis). We will keep a reserve list once the course is full and if someone with a confirmed place cancels and we are able to fill the place we will refund the charge to the initial place holder. If we are not able to fill the place (particularly if late or no notice is given – 2 weeks notice required) the charge will not be refunded.
We will limit places to two per organisation in the first instance but will extend this if the course is not fully subscribed.
Priority will be given to VAAC members.
