Wellbeing Services

West Sussex County Council are conducting a survey to better understand the views of their stakeholders and residents about wellbeing services in West Sussex.

West Sussex County Council (Public Health) commissions wellbeing services across West Sussex. The wellbeing teams (originally wellbeing hubs) work with primarily adults, groups and families to improve their lifestyles and reduce risk factors for developing coronary heart disease and cancers. Services support people who wish to stop smoking, drink less alcohol, eat more healthily, take more exercise and develop skills to look after themselves.

The survey aims to understand:

  • Levels of awareness and engagement amongst public and professionals
  • Barriers to engagement
  • Areas of good practice and/or improvement

Please find the survey link here. We would like to hear from stakeholders (particularly those working with local residents in social, health, environmental, planning, economic and voluntary sectors) and members of the public. This survey will take less than 10 minutes to complete.
