We know time is precious. The expected commitment is: Approximately 4-6 board meetings per year [usually 2 to 4 hours per meeting online or in person] Occasional sub-committee involvement (where relevant) Some preparation time before meetings About 2-4 hours per month for actions following meetings We are open to flexible arrangements and will support trustees to find a pattern that works. Many employers support staff to take on trustee roles during working hours. We are happy to provide information to help if this might apply in your case.
