Why become a member of VAAC and what are the benefits?

Membership of VAAC is free and open to all voluntary and community organisations that provide services in Arun and/or Chichester. Groups can join regardless of size, financial turnover and area of work.

As a member you can receive a comprehensive range of benefits including the following:

  • Advice and support on a wide range of issues from VAAC Development Team
  • Regular e-bulletins containing all the news, funding sources and updates from the local voluntary sector
  • Access to a wide range of training and events including networking opportunities
  • Opportunities to promote your organisation through VAAC
  • Volunteer Plus – opportunity for members to advertise volunteer roles on our website, in social media and local press
  • Voting rights at the AGM
  • Access to a free charity advice helpline with Russell-Cooke Solicitors

If you would like support from our development team to assist in the running of your organisation, please complete our online support referral form which will come to us and we can get in touch. Support is given on the basis that feedback/evaluation form is provided on completion of a referral.

To advertise volunteer opportunities on our website you will first need to register on our website volunteer platform, where you will be provided with a log in and guidance on how to upload your opportunities. Please register your organisation by following this link.
