We are looking for organised and dependable volunteers to support the day-to-day admin that keeps our Restore Stores running effectively and help keep things running smoothly behind the scenes. 

Your contribution will play a key role in helping us deliver vital services to people experiencing homelessness

What you will be doing:

• Providing general administrative support such as filing, data entry, and updating records
• Responding to mails and assisting with basic enquiries
• Support staff with organising documents and resources
• Helping record donations, crisis grants, and other key information
• Maintaining accurate records and respecting confidentiality at all times. 

Skills

• Good organisational and time management skills
• Basic IT skills (e.g. Microsoft 365)
• Strong attention to detail
• A friendly, professional communication style What you will gain
• Valuable office and administrative experience
• Transferable workplace skills to support future opportunities

About Stonepillow

Stonepillow provide vital support for homeless and vulnerable people in West Sussex.

Founded in 1989, we are a charity that provides a lifeline for homeless people in Chichester, Bognor Regis and Littlehampton. We work with over 130 people every single day, empowering them to rebuild their lives and find independent accommodation they can call home.

We provide a range of services including day centres, hostels, a recovery service, and supported housing. We also have two charity shops which give people the opportunity to learn new skills and access education, training and employment. We are here for people who are sleeping rough or homeless and want to turn their lives around. The support we offer is tailored to the individual’s needs.

Availability
