We are looking for a warm and welcoming volunteer to be the first point of contact at our Family Support Hub in Findon. As a Reception Volunteer, you’ll play a key role in helping visitors feel comfortable and supported from the moment they arrive.

HOPE Charity Project is a West Sussex–based organisation providing early intervention and emotional wellbeing support for young people and their families.
We run our Family Support Centre in Findon, offering weekly walk-in support sessions, 1-1 wellbeing sessions, creative clubs for young people, and evening support groups for parents and carers. Alongside this, we also deliver outreach into schools and the wider community.
Our approach is early, informal, and rooted in lived experience. We provide a safe, compassionate space where families can be heard, guided, and supported before reaching crisis point.
Each year we aim to support around 150 families across West Sussex, helping parents feel calmer and more confident, young people feel seen and safe, and families reconnect with hope for the future.

Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays Morning sessions: 9:30am – 12:00pm Afternoon sessions: 1:00pm – 3:00pm We are looking for two volunteers to share these sessions - you don’t need to cover every shift.
