About Pregnancy Options Centre
Pregnancy Options Centre offers free counselling services for anyone facing an unplanned pregnancy or struggling following an abortion or pregnancy loss. We give clients the time and space to explore their thoughts and feelings in a safe and non-judgemental environment.
Partners and family members often benefit from their own support when they are faced with a loved one who is dealing with these issues. Pregnancy Options Centre caters for this too, providing support to partners either individually or in joint sessions.
Our main counselling centre is based in a discreet office location in Chichester City Centre, with a satellite service provided in Bognor Regis and Selsey. Due to COVID-19, our counselling is offered over the phone or online.
In addition to the counselling service, Pregnancy Options Centre also delivers interactive educational workshops in local schools, colleges and youth settings.
