Voluntary Action Arun & Chichester
We’re looking for volunteer counsellors to join our dedicated Child and Family Support Team (CFST) which provides counselling and therapeutic support to children, young people, and their families – including siblings, parents, grandparents, and carers.
The volunteer will help increase our reach, making sure everyone can receive the support they need in some of life’s toughest moments.
Please note, we cannot accept student counsellors on placement in this role.
Training will be given
Southern Hospice Group was formed in 2024 when three local hospices merged - Martlets, St Barnabas House and Chestnut Tree House. Together, we support children, young people and adults who have life-limiting conditions which will significantly shorten their lives. We help those we care for, and their loved ones, to make the most of the precious time they have left together. Our expert palliative services support local communities across Sussex and South East Hampshire – at our hospice sites and in people’s homes.

It's a flexible role. There will be events and meeting to attend but no fixed schedule.
