IT and AI training for the voluntary sector

  • Charity Excellence offers a wide range of free AI courses and webinars for charities, from beginner-friendly introductions to advanced modules. Includes demo videos, quizzes, and certificates to build confidence and skills across all roles.
  • Charity Digital empowers charities and non-profits to boost their impact through smart use of technology. They offer free resources, including daily articles, fortnightly podcasts and expert-led webinars covering digital strategy, cybersecurity, fundraising, and AI. Their regular events bring together sector leaders to share insights and innovations in charity tech.
  • CharityWise is a membership-based website, helping charities increase their knowledge of digital topics, including web design, data and analytics, and digital marketing. Selected content is free to all users.
  • Media Trust provides free and low cost training to help charities and community groups improve their media, communications and digital skills. Their online Resource Hub includes easy to follow guides, toolkits and tips on topics such as social media, storytelling and using digital tools. They also offer expert led training sessions and support from media professionals to help organisations strengthen their voice.

AI for Business: Become an AI Champion in Your workplace!

Hybrid (Online with some in-person meet-ups in West Sussex) (9am - 1pm)

The AI for Business Bootcamp is a practical 12 week hybrid course for professionals, freelancers, business owners and career changers. Delivered in partnership with experts from AI Potential, the course teaches how to use AI and automation tools to work more efficiently, improve productivity and stay ahead in today’s fast-changing digital world. The next programme starts Wednesday 7 January.
