Register your Interest

We are looking for passionate, community minded individuals to join our Board of Trustees.

This is a wonderful opportunity to support a much loved local charity that provides high quality early years education and a nurturing, inclusive environment for children in Selsey and the surrounding area.

Why become a Trustee? As a trustee, you’ll play a vital role in guiding the strategic direction of the nursery, ensuring we continue to thrive and serve our community.

You don’t need previous trustee experience, what matters most is your commitment and willingness to contribute your skills.

What the role involves:

  • Attending regular trustee meetings (usually every 6–8 weeks)
  • Supporting the nursery’s strategic planning and decision making
  • Acting as an ambassador for the charity within the community
  • Ensuring we meet our legal and financial responsibilities as a CIO

This is a voluntary role, but the impact you’ll make is invaluable. Join us as a Trustee and help shape a bright future for local children and families in Selsey!

Skills

We’d especially welcome people with experience in:

  • Early years education or childcare
  • Finance, accounting, or charity governance
  • HR, safeguarding, or compliance
  • Fundraising, marketing, or community engagement
  • Facilities, health & safety, or project management

But if you simply care about giving children the best start in life, we’d love to hear from you.
