Join the CAPITAL Connections Podcast Team and help us develop our volunteer-led podcast exploring mental health, lived experience, peer support and co-production.

We're looking for people who enjoy generating ideas, talking to people and creating content.

You could help shape episode ideas, identify and interview guests, contribute to conversations, support production or suggest ways to reach new audiences.

You don't need previous podcasting experience and you won't need to do it all!

We have a fantastic team behind our podcast but we are looking for more volunteers.

  • Good communication and teamwork skillsĀ
  • Enthusiasm for developing ideas and creating content
  • Willingness to learn and contribute collaboratively

About CAPITAL

We are a member-led charity organisation, pressing for change and utilising our lived experience.

CAPITAL brings the community together; services, workers, and people who have experienced mental health challenges in order to improve services, provide training opportunities and connections from a lived experience perspective.

We are a dedicated Mental Health Lived Experience Network
We sit independently of support services and networks, collaborating to improve mental health experiences.

We co-produce with our local partners and organisations (including the NHS and Council driven services) to provide lived experience insight and recommendations.

We represent those of all backgrounds and experiences, and champion those with reduced access and opportunities and support networks.
