Are you interested in broadcasting, researching background for shows to go on air, interviewing local celebrities, dignitaries and musicians, attending Outside Broadcasts, promoting our station online and in print, aiding fundraising, providing IT and technical support, and all the while enjoying the company of likeminded individuals?

We have a place for you!

Minimum age 16 years. Ability to communicate with a wide range of individuals. Willing to work as part of a team.

About Chichester Hospital Radio

Chichester Hospital Radio broadcasts 24 hours a day, seven days a week from the grounds of St Richard's Hospital to patients, their families and visitors and the staff. We play a wide range of music and can always be contacted by phone or email to make a dedication or a request. And you can listen in via a smart device or via our website using the "Listen Live" button. We are always looking for volunteers, aged 16 years or over, who are interested in working with others to research and present radio shows.

Volunteers can attend the studio to join live broadcasts currently evenings between 8.00pm and 10.00pm and Saturday mornings between 8.00am and 10.00am, attend outside broadcasts in support of other charities (usually summer and pre-Christmas), visit patients on hospital wards during visiting hours to take requests and dedications, or if required research and record shows from home.
