Volunteers play an important role within our society and we have a diverse, hard-working board of trustees who guide and support our senior management team to provide excellent services to our residents.   

We are looking for trustees of all ages and backgrounds to join our board of trustees; there is no need to have previous experience.

Closing date:  1st March 2025. 

Skills

We are looking for someone with skills and experience in heath or social care to work closely with our CEO/management team. You will be asked to support on health and social care strategy/operations/policy.

About The Abbeyfield Chichester Society Ltd

Abbeyfield Chichester has 2 houses in the heart of Chichester which offer supported housing for older people. We also offer an At Home service which covers domestic duties, companionship and transportation.

The Abbeyfield Chichester Society have over 30 years’ experience as one of the leading providers of home care, sheltered housing, residential and nursing care. The Society is a Registered Charity run by a Board of professional volunteers.

We pride ourselves on providing secure, relaxed and homely environments within our homes. We offer appropriate levels of care and support to preserve the privacy, dignity and independence of each person and every resident is treated individually with their care being centred around their own needs and choices.
