  • Checking in with volunteers to keep them motivated and supported
  • Feeding back to the management team about volunteer needs and successes

This role would suit someone with experience in HR, recruitment, events, or team leadership - or anyone who simply loves working with people and building community spirit.

About HOPE Charity Project

HOPE Charity Project is a West Sussex–based organisation providing early intervention and emotional wellbeing support for young people and their families.

We run our Family Support Centre in Findon, offering weekly walk-in support sessions, 1-1 wellbeing sessions, creative clubs for young people, and evening support groups for parents and carers. Alongside this, we also deliver outreach into schools and the wider community.

Our approach is early, informal, and rooted in lived experience. We provide a safe, compassionate space where families can be heard, guided, and supported before reaching crisis point.

Each year we aim to support around 150 families across West Sussex, helping parents feel calmer and more confident, young people feel seen and safe, and families reconnect with hope for the future.
