Our digital navigator volunteers support clients to use the publicly available computers in the reception area and support a client to find the information they need using the Citizens Advice public site.
Who is it for - This role is for someone who is looking to be in centre, around other volunteers, and interacting with clients at an early stage in the advice process.
Commitment - minimum of four hours per week in a centre or outreach, and 1 hour additional whilst training. All training can be completed at home or in an office.
Training length – We offer a comprehensive training programme completed over a prescribed time-frame, please join a taster session to learn more.
Please note: When you express an interest in this role, you will be sent an email from the recruitment team at Arun & Chichester Citizens Advice inviting you to join them at an online taster session. These sessions are interactive and serve as a great opportunity to find out more about the organisation and available roles, and for them to answer any questions you might have.

Our volunteers generally volunteer during our opening hours - 9.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday
