We have opportunities in our Restore Warehouse and Restore Shop located on Terminus Road in Chichester, and also in our Restore shop in Bognor Regis.

Come and be part of our team as a Donations Coordinator! You will be at the forefront of our Restore Project, and we have several opportunities for volunteers to get involved with on a daily basis. This could be:

• Taking calls on our Donation Hotline.
• Being 'front of house' and meeting members of the public who kindly drop donations to the Warehouse.
• Helping to coordinate Giftaid and making sure processes are followed.
• Sorting through items that are donated.
• Liaising between the Restore shop and Warehouse, and helping to restock the shop.

 

This is a busy, inclusive and engaging environment. Training will be provided, and an induction into the Stonepillow Volunteer Team. This role is required between the hours of 10am to 2pm. Monday to Friday. We are looking for multiple volunteers to assist us filling these hours. Training will be provided on site.

About Stonepillow

Stonepillow provide vital support for homeless and vulnerable people in West Sussex.

Founded in 1989, we are a charity that provides a lifeline for homeless people in Chichester, Bognor Regis and Littlehampton. We work with over 130 people every single day, empowering them to rebuild their lives and find independent accommodation they can call home.

We provide a range of services including day centres, hostels, a recovery service, and supported housing. We also have two charity shops which give people the opportunity to learn new skills and access education, training and employment. We are here for people who are sleeping rough or homeless and want to turn their lives around. The support we offer is tailored to the individual’s needs.

Availability
