Garment Sorter - Terminus Road

For St Wilfrid's Hospice

We are looking for volunteers to help sort our donated garments and linen with the team at our Donation Centre Terminus Road, Chichester.

The items need to be checked as ready for resale to go to our many shops. The team at Terminus Road are a great team to join and you will see many lovely items that have been kindly donated to the Hospice for us to sell.

If you like fashion this is the perfect opportunity for you to see some wonderful outfits that are donated to our charity.

(Practical Considerations - Terminus Road Car Parking is available on site.)

Skills

The role is a manual handling role and requires standing for a reasonable amount of time. Bags and sacks of donated items will need to be lifted from the cages and then emptied and sorted into its relevant categories.

St Wilfrid’s Hospice is much more than a building. We provide tailored end of life care both in the community and at our Hospice, supporting our patients living with a terminal illness, and their family and friends.

All our vital services are provided free of charge, thanks to the generous support of fundraisers and donors.
